整体护理对超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者情绪及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察护理干预对超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者情绪及睡眠的影响效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月间厦门大学附属第一医院收治的经皮穿刺活检术患者61例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=31),对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组给予整体护理,比较2组情绪和睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组护理后情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后睡眠质量(9.15±3.59)分显著低于对照组(12.83±3.75)分(P<0.05)。结论:给予超声引导经皮肝穿刺活检术患者整体护理,能更好地缓解患者不良情绪,提升患者睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention on emotion and sleep of patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,61 patients with percutaneous needle biopsy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine basic care,the study group was given overall care,and the mood and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The emotional score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality(9.15±3.59)of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(12.83±3.75)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole nursing of patients with percutaneous liver biopsy guided by ultrasound can better alleviate the bad mood and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worth popularizing.
