摘　　要："贝达梦工场"总体定位为功能高度复合的大健康产业孵化园区,其所处区位周边街区功能及尺度趋于雷同。同时,由于西溪湿地景观限高控制,区域内建筑高度也相对一致。基于上述条件,该文通过四个方面论述设计思考过程,分别为多样化功能载体的设置,街区与城市互生互动关系的建立,各类人性化场所空间的营造以及建筑群落识别性的提高。"Betta Dreamwork"is generally positioned as a large health industry incubation park with highly complex functions,and its neighborhood functions and scales tend to be the same.At the same time,due to the control of Xixi Wetland landscape height limit,the building height in the area is relatively consistent.Based on the above conditions,we discuss the design process from four aspects,namely,the setting of diversified functional carriers,the establishment of interactive relationship between neighborhoods and cities,the construction of various humanized space and the improvement of the identification of building communities.
