摘　　要：以某厂30万吨全密度聚乙烯装置循环气压缩机透平为对象,对全密度终止逻辑设计、循环气压缩机透平的控制、透平的启停进行分析,对控制透平的超速保护器和ESD所完成的功能进行说明,论述了透平控制系统故障及处理措施及检修过程中的注意事项,对全密度循环气压缩机的透平维护具有一定的参考意义,保证全密度聚合反应异常或循环气压缩机K-4003出现故障时进行安全退守,从而满足了公司安全生产的需要。In this paper,the design of full density termination logic,the control of recycle gas compressor turbine,the start and stop of turbine are analyzed,the functions of overspeed protector and ESD to control the turbine are explained,and the faults of turbine control system,the treatment measures and the maintenance process are discussed Note:it has certain reference significance for turbine maintenance of full density circulating gas compressor,to ensure safe retreat in case of abnormal full density polymerization reaction or failure of circulating gas compressor k-4003,so as to meet the needs of safe production of the company.
