摘　　要：通过构建一种可自动识别型号调取测试模板的自动测试系统,实现了测试速度快、功能全面、可无人值守的全自动测试系统软件,完成了信号源分析仪六大功能及其指标的复杂测试,有效地加快了仪器研制及生产的速度,具有良好的应用前景。In this paper, by design an automatic test system software that can automatically identify the model and retrieve the test template, a fullautomatic test system software with fast test speed, comprehensive function and unattended is realized. T he complex t e st of sig nal sou rce a naly ze r’s functions and performance has been completed, it can effectively speed up the development and production of the instr ument and it has a good application prospects.
