摘  要:目的探讨远程心电监测在房颤诊治中的临床意义。方法选取我院2018年1月—2019年10月期间接受房颤筛查的80例患者作为研究对象,对患者分别实施24 h远程实时监护及常规动态心电图检查,以超声心动图为金标准,比较远程心电监测与常规心电图检查对房颤的诊断效能,分析远程心电监测在房颤诊治中的临床意义。结果两种方式检查房颤的敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);远程心电监测检查房颤的准确度高于常规动态心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本研究内44例房颤患者发生151次阵发性房颤,其中112次(74.17%)由房性早搏触发,17次(11.26%)由窦性心动过缓触发,15(9.93%)次由房早二三联律触发,4次(2.65%)由短阵房性心动过速触发,3次(1.99%)由成对房早诱发。结论远程心电监测对房颤检查结果的准确性优于常规动态心电监测,有利于及时发现房颤;远程心电监测提示房颤多由房性早搏触发,应引起重视。【Objective】Objective To explore the clinical significance of remote ECG monitoring in the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods 80 patients screened for atrial fibrillation in our hospital from january 2018 to october 2019 were selected as subjects,24 h of remote real-time monitoring and routine ambulatory electrocardiogram were performed.Results The clinical significance of remote monitoring in diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation was analyzed.Turns out two ways to check The sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of AF were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of remote ECG monitoring for AF was higher than that of routine ambulatory electrocardiogram(P>0.05).65% triggered by short-array tachycardia and 3(1.99%)by Early induction in pairs.Conclusion The accuracy of remote ECG monitoring on atrial fibrillation is better than that of routine dynamic ECG monitoring,which is atrial fibrillation in time.
