一起特殊的10kV母联备自投装置动作原因探究

摘　　要：以某10kV变电站PT高压熔断器熔断事故为例,分析10kV母联备自投装置动作原因。从动作逻辑、设备定值、报文数据等深入研究备自投保护方案及动作过程,依照现场检查结果确定备自投保护是否合理、有效。在该基础上总结经验,提出针对性处理方案,确保10kV变电站正常运行。Take blowout accident of PT high voltage fuse of 10kV transformer substation as an example analyzing action causes of 10kV bus-bar standby automatic throw-over equipment.The automatic throw-over protection and action process are deep studied from action login,constant value of the equipment and message data and so on.ASccording to the site check results,define if the automatic throw-ower protection is reasonable and effective or not.On the basis of this,sum up the experience and put forward directive processing schemes to ensure normal aperation of 10kV transformer substation.
