儿童系统性红斑狼疮合并感音神经性耳聋一例诊疗过程并文献复习

摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮是一种较为复杂的自身免疫性疾病,会导致多系统、多器官损害,且临床表现异质性很强。目前,<16岁儿童的发病率为15%~20%。听力损伤会出现在多种风湿免疫性疾病中,临床表现形式多样。目前以感音神经性耳聋为临床表现的儿童系统性红斑狼疮在国内尚无相关研究。本文报道了1例儿童系统性红斑狼疮合并感音神经性耳聋的诊治经过及预后情况,并结合文献进行复习,旨在增加临床医生对儿童系统性红斑狼疮伴听力损害的进一步认识。Systemic lupus erythematosus is a relatively complex autoimmune disease with highly heterogeneous clinical manifestations,which can lead to multi-system and multi-organ damage.The incidence of systemic lupus erythematosus in children less than 16 years old is 15%-20%.Hearing impairment can occur in a variety of rheumatic immune diseases,and clinical manifestations are diverse.At present,there is no relevant domestic research on systemic lupus erythematosus with sensorineural hearing loss in children.We reported the diagnosis and treatment process and prognosis of a case of systemic lupus erythematosus combined with sensorineural hearing loss in children,and reviewing the related studies,aiming to improve clinicians'understanding of this kind of disease.
