参灵扶正胶囊治疗艾滋病患者免疫重建不良临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察长期应用参灵扶正胶囊治疗经高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)而免疫重建不良艾滋病患者的临床疗效。方法对接受规范HAART的艾滋病患者77例分为治疗组(n=48),对照组(n=29),采用参灵扶正胶囊治疗艾滋病者48例,疗程21个月以上,观察指标有体重、临床症状、血常规、生化及IgG、IgA、IgM,补体C 3、C 4、CD^+3、CD^+3^+CD^+4、CD^+3^+CD^+8等;对照组常规进行HAART。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在体重增加、贫血改善、白细胞回升有明显改善(P均<0.05);治疗组IgG、补体C 4、CD^+3^+CD^+4和CD^+4/CD^+8改善显著(P<0.05),而IgA、IgM、补体C 3、CD^+3和CD^+3^+CD^+8改善不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。针对CD^+3、CD^+4和CD^+8三项动态观察结果表明,治疗组CD^+4恢复性提升在治疗后6个月开始超越对照组,两组CD^+3水平平稳上升,而治疗组值在对照组之上。结论参灵扶正胶囊可显著改善艾滋病患者的临床症状,改善免疫功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of long-term application of Shenling Fuzheng Capsules on AIDS patients with poor immune reconstitution after HAART.Methods 77 AIDS patients who received standard HAART treatment were divided into a treatment group(n=48)and a control group(n=29).48 cases of AIDS were treated with Shenling Fuzheng Capsules for more than 21 months.The observed indexes included body weight,clinical symptoms,blood routine,biochemical indicators and IgG,IgA,IgM,complements C 3,C 4,CD^+3,CD^+3^+CD^+4,CD^+3^+CD^+8,etc.The control group was routinely treated with HAART.Results Compared with control group,the weight gain,anemia and leukocyte recovery in the treatment group were significantly improved(all P<0.05).The improvement of IgG,C 4,CD^+3^+CD^+4 and CD^+4/CD^+8 in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the improvement of IgA,IgM,C 3,CD^+3 and CD^+3^+CD^+8 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).According to the dynamic observation results of CD^+3,CD^+4 and CD^+8,the recovery improvement of CD^+4 in the treatment group began to surpass that in the control group in 6 months after treatment;the level of CD^+3 in both groups increased steadily,but the treatment group had higher values than the control group.Conclusion Shenling Fuzheng Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of AIDS patients with poor immune reconstruction.
