摘　　要：目的探讨全覆膜金属支架术在慢性胰腺炎内镜介入治疗术后的效果。方法选择本院2014年6月至2018年6月收治的60例慢性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照置入支架不同等分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用常规上腹磁共振明确存在胰管狭窄后行内镜下胰管支架植入术,对照组应用塑料支架,观察组采用全覆膜金属支架并配合穴位按摩治疗。比较两组患者腹痛缓解度及并发症发生率。结果观察组的腹痛缓解度高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组。结论针对患有慢性胰腺炎的患者应用全覆膜金属支架治疗,配合穴位按摩护理,其效果较为理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of fully-covered-expanding metal stent after endoscopic interventional therapy surgery for chronic pancreatitis.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients with chronic pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different implanted stent and so on.The pancreatic duct stent implantation was adopted under endoscope in the two groups after pancreatic duct stenosis were confirmed by conventional upper abdominal magnetic resonance.The control group was treated with plastic stents,and the observation group was treated with fully-covered-expanding metal stents combined with acupoint massage therapy.The relief degree of abdominal pain and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The relief degree of abdominal pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion For patients with chronic pancreatitis,applying fully-covered-expanding metal stent for therapy and combining with acupoint massage nursing,which had an ideal effect.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
