摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏对自我效能感及希望水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月就诊于我院的肺癌化疗患者260例,均采用Piper疲乏评估量表(PFS-R)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、Herth希望量表(HHI)进行调查,根据PFS-R量表得分分为轻度疲乏组16例、中度疲乏组221例、重度疲乏组23例。比较3组自我效能感及希望水平,并分析癌因性疲乏与自我效能感、希望水平相关性。结果260例肺癌化疗患者PFS-R量表调查总分为(5.65±0.84)分,中度疲乏者最多,占85%。重度疲乏组的GSES及HHI量表得分低于轻度和中度疲乏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析显示,肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与自我效能感、希望水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏普遍存在,其与自我效能感、希望水平呈负相关,可通过提高自我效能感和希望水平来缓解癌因性疲乏。Objective To explore the effect of cancer-related fatigue on self-efficacy and hope level of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods To select 260 cases of patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 and the revised Piper fatigue scale(PFS-R),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and Herth hope index(HHI)was adopted to conduct a investigation.According to the scores of the PFS-R scale,they were divided 16 cases into a mild fatigue group,221 cases into an moderate fatigue group and 23 cases into a severe fatigue group.The self-efficacy and hope levels of the three groups were compared,and the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and self-efficacy,hope levels was analyzed.Results The PFS-R survey of 260 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy had a total score of(5.65±0.84)points,with the most moderate fatigue,accounting for 85%.The GSES and HHI scale scores of the severe fatigue group were lower than those of the mild and moderate fatigue groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer was negatively correlated with self-efficacy and hope(P<0.05).Conclusion The cancer-related fatigue was widespread in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer,and it was negatively correlated with self-efficacy and hope levels.It can alleviate cancer-related fatigue by improving self-efficacy and hope levels.
