摘　　要：目的探讨术前禁食禁饮时长对唇腭裂围手术期患儿情绪及不良反应发生率的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年10月于我院就诊的唇腭裂患儿65例为研究对象,随机分为试验组(禁固体食物6~8 h,禁饮1~2 h,n=33)与对照组(常规禁食禁饮,n=32),对两组患儿基本情况、围手术期口渴、烦躁、哭闹以及安全性进行对比。结果试验组围手术期口渴、饥饿、烦躁哭闹例数少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中、术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于唇腭裂手术治疗患儿缩短术前禁食、禁饮时长,可有效改善围手术期不良情绪,减少术后不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of duration of preoperative fasting and no drinking on the mood and incidence of adverse reaction of children patients with cleft lip and palate during the perioperative period.Methods To select 65 cases of children patients with cleft lip and palate who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a experimental groups(no solid food for 6 to 8 hours,no drinking for 1 to 2 hours,n=33)and the control group(routine fasting and no drinking,n=32),and the basic conditions,perioperative thirst,irritability,crying and safety of children patients were compared between the two groups.Results The number of perioperative thirst,hunger,irritability and crying cases in the experimental group was less than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions during and after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children patients with cleft lip and palate surgery,shortening the duration of preoperative fasting and no drinking can effectively improve the perioperative mood and reduce the incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions.
