摘　　要：目的探讨规范化术前访视对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者心理、生理应激反应的影响。方法选择2018年1—10月接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者85例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组42例和对照组43例。对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组采用规范化术前访视。比较两组患者的焦虑、血压及心率情况。结果术前30 min,两组患者的焦虑评分均较访视前下降,观察组评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入手术室后,观察组收缩压、舒张压及心率指标低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组血压、心率较平稳。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者采用规范术前访视干预,可有效缓解其焦虑状态,减少血压、心率波动。Objective To explore the effect of standardized preoperative visits on the psychological and physiological stress responses of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods We selected 85 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from January to October in 2018 as the study objects,and they were divided into 42 cases in an observation group and 43 cases in a control group according to the random number table method.The control group used routine preoperative visits,and the observation group used standardized preoperative visits.The anxiety,blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results At 30 minutes before the operation,the anxiety scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before the visit,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After entering the operating room,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were relatively stable.Conclusion The application of standardized preoperative visits in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can effectively relieve their anxiety and reduce blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations.
