环节管理在提高手术室工作效率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨环节管理在提高手术室工作效率中的应用效果。方法以2018年6月至2019年6月400例手术患者为研究对象,将2018年6—12月采用常规手术室管理的200例患者设为对照组,2019年1—6月采用环节管理的200例患者设为观察组,从开台环节、手术接台环节以及术后激励措施等环节加强管理。比较两组首台手术开台准时情况以及连台手术接台准时情况。结果观察组首台手术开台准时率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组连台手术接台准时率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环节管理能够提高首台手术开台准时率及连台手术接台准时率,有助于提高手术室工作效率。Objective To explore the application effect of link management in improving working efficiency in operating room.Methods To select 400 cases of surgical patients from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study object,and 200 cases of patients who underwent conventional operating room management from June to December 2018 were set as a control group,and another 200 patients who were managed by link management from January to June 2019 The patients were set as an observation group,and management was strengthened from the link of opening the operating table,the link of changing operating table of continuous operations and the postoperative incentive measures.The punctuality of opening the first operation and the punctuality of changing operating table of continuous operations the two groups were compared.Results The punctual rate of opening the first operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The punctual rate of changing operating table of continuous operations in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of link management can improve the punctual rate of opening the first operation and the punctual rate of changing operating table of continuous operations,which can help to improve the efficiency of the operating room.
