改良目视化管理结合微信公众号平台在手术室体位架(垫)管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良目视化管理结合微信公众号平台在手术室体位架(垫)管理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1—12月手术患者100例作为对照组,采用传统体位架(垫)管理。选择2019年2月至2020年2月手术患者100例作为观察组,采用对手术室内体位架(垫)实施实物图卡导引、制定身份编码的改良目视化管理,并在科室微信公众号推送体位用物相关信息。比较两组的体位用物归位正确率、护士折返次数、体位摆放时间和手术医师满意度。结果观察组体位用物归位正确率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护士折返次数少于对照组,观察组护士的体位摆放时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术医师对体位摆放满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用改良目视化结合微信公众号平台对手术室体位架(垫)进行管理,可有效提高体位用物归位正确率,降低巡回护士折返次数,缩短手术体位准备时间,提高手术医师的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of improved visual management combined with WeChat official account platform in the management of posture frame(pad)in operating rooms.Methods To select 100 cases of patients undergoing surgery from January to December 2018 as a control group,and the traditional posture frame(pad)was used for management.To select 100 cases of surgical patients from February 2019 to February 2020 as an observation group,and the improved visual management with the physical map card guidance and the formulated identification code was used for the posture frame(pad)in the operating room,and the related information of posture apparatus was issued by WeChat public account of division.The accuracy of homing of the posture apparatus,the number of times of nurses'return,the time of placing posture and the satisfaction of the surgeon were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of homing of the posture apparatus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The the number of times of nurses'return in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of placing posture of nurses in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Surgeons in the observation group had higher satisfaction scores for placing posture than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved visual management combined with WeChat public account platform in managing the posture frame(pad)in the operating room can effectively improve the accuracy of homing of the postural apparatus return,reduce the number of times of nurses'return,shorten the preparation time of the posture in surgery,and improve the satisfaction of the surgeon.
