摘　　要：目的每年大量非中医院校毕业护士进入中医院工作,调查分析该群体中医知识培训现状及需求,以期为今后进行相关培训提供依据。方法采用德菲尔专家函询法,将自行设计的调查问卷,随机抽样发放给河南省3家省直中医院的800名非中医院校毕业护士,进行调查分析。结果调查结果显示该群体对中医知识的知晓率和中医科研关注度较低,分别为19.4%和15.5%;有81.6%的调查对象更青睐中医技术操作的相关知识。结论加强非中医院校毕业护士中医知识和技能培训,做到“按需”和“分层”培训,制定合理系统的培训计划,满足护士对自身中医护理素养和实际操作能力不断提高的要求,从而促进中医护理事业的全面发展。Objective To investigate and analyze the status and demand of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)knowledge training in this groups due to a large number of nurses graduated from non TCM colleges enter TCM hospitals every year and provide a basis for relevant training in the future.Methods The questionnaires designed by ourselves were randomly distributed to 800 nurses graduated from non TCM colleges from 3 provincial TCM hospitals in Henan province by using the method of consultation from Delfil experts.Results The survey results showed that the awareness rate of this group of TCM knowledge and TCM scientific research attention were low,19.4%and 15.5%respectively,81.6%of the survey respondents preferred the knowledge of TCM technical operations.Conclusion We should strengthen the training of TCM knowledge and skills for nurses who graduated from non-TCM colleges,achieve"on-demand"and"layered"training,formulate a reasonable and systematic training plan,and meet the nurses'requirements for the continuous improvement of their own TCM nursing literacy and practical ability,so as to promote the overall development of TCM nursing.
