双层纸塑袋包装器械的压力蒸汽灭菌质量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双层纸塑袋包装器械的压力蒸汽灭菌质量。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月单件需纸塑包装的器械180件作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用单层纸塑袋包装器械,试验组在对照组基础上再外包装1层纸塑袋,纸面对纸面,塑面对塑面进行封口。灭菌结束后比较两组器械包灭菌合格率、湿包发生率、密封线开裂率、阻菌效果和无菌保质期。结果灭菌结束后,对照组指示卡变色的合格率为100%,略高于试验组(98.89%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组湿包发生率为5.56%(5/90)与试验组7.78%(7/90)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组密封线开裂发生率11.11%(10/90)高于试验组1.11%(1/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌培养结果显示,试验组的阻菌效果好于对照组,无菌保质期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用双层纸塑袋包装器械不仅能取得可靠的灭菌效果、阻菌效果以及无菌保质期均较长,并且在灭菌过程中不会明显增加湿包率,且能降低密封线开裂率,是单件器械较为高效的包装方式,并且双层纸塑袋包装在运输、贮存途中能有效避免包装破损。Objective To explore the quality of pressure steam sterilization of double-layer paper-plastic bag packaging instruments.Methods To select 180 instruments requiring paper-plastic bag packaging from December 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into a control group and a test group.The control group used single-layer paper-plastic bag packaging instruments,he test group was then packaged with a layer paper-plastic bag on the basis of the control group again,and the paper surface was sealed with the paper surface,and the plastic surface was sealed with the plastic surface.After the sterilization,the sterilization qualification rate,occurrence rate of wet package,cracking rate of sealing line,antibacterial effect and sterile shelf life of the two groups were compared.Results After the sterilization,the allochroic pass rate of the indicator card in the control group was 100%,which was slightly higher than that the test group(98.89%),but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence rate of wet packs in the control group was 5.56%(5/90),and the difference was not statistically significant in the comparison of 7.78%(7/90)in the test group(P>0.05).The cracking rate of sealing line in the control group was 11.11%(10/90)higher than that of the test group by 1.11%(1/90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of bacterial culture showed that the antibacterial effect of the test group was better than that of the control group,the sterile shelf life was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of double-layer paper-plastic bag packaging instruments can not only achieve reliable sterilization effect,antibacterial effect and sterile shelf life,but also will not significantly increase the wet packaging rate during the sterilization process,and can reduce the cracking rate of sealing line.It was a more efficient packaging method for a
