摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件应急治理是一个全方位、体系化、多领域协同治理的工作。公安机关应针对性地强化、优化警务工作,尤其要完善危机警务制度体系建设,提升处置突发公共卫生事件的警务能力,强化责任担当,更好地履行公安机关的职责使命。立足联防联控、群防群治,树立危机警务理念;重视情报信息综合研判,完善综合处置机制;坚持依法防控、规范警察权力,提升队伍正面形象;强化教育培训、课程研发,推动专业人才培养;深化装备技术、警务保障,适应现代警务发展。Public health emergency management is a comprehensive,systematic,multidisciplinary collaborative management work.Public security organs should strengthen and optimize the police work with targeted purpose.Particularly,the construction of crisis police system ought to be improved,thus improving the police ability to deal with public health emergencies,strengthening the sense of responsibility,and fulfilling the responsibilities and missions of public security organs better.Based on joint defense and control,mass prevention and treatment,the concept of crisis policing should be established;attaching importance to the comprehensive study and judgment of information,the comprehensive disposal mechanism should be improved;adhering to the defense and controlling in accordance with the law,and regulating police power,the positive image of the team will be improved;strengthening education,training,and curriculum research,the training of professional talents will promoted;deepening equipment technology and policing support,it will be adapted to the development of modern policing.
