摘  要:学校是一种重要的公共建筑,具有标准化程度高,跨度大的特点。以深圳市某学校工程项目为例系统阐述了装配式钢混组合框架结构的主体和预制构件设计要点。结构采用预制混凝土柱、钢梁及预制混凝土叠合板,预制柱与钢梁通过预埋钢节点连接,钢梁与混凝土板通过栓钉形成组合梁,从而构成完整受力体系。此次探索与实践表明装配式钢混组合框架结构体系既能满足建筑使用功能的舒适性,保证结构的安全性,又能缩短工期,节省材料,达到绿色环保的要求;为今后类似装配式建筑设计与建造做出了积极探索,可以为以后同类项目提供宝贵的经验。The school is an important public building,which has the characteristics of high standardization and large span.Taking a school project in Shenzhen as an example,this paper systematically expounds the main body and prefabricated component design points of the prefabricated steel-concrete composite frame structure.The structure adopts prefabricated concrete columns,steel beams and precast concrete laminated slabs.The prefabricated columns and steel beams are connected by embedded steel nodes,and the steel beams and concrete slabs form composite beams through studs,thus forming a complete stress system.This exploration and practice shows that the fabricated steel-concrete composite frame structure system can not only meet the comfort of the building function,ensure the safety of the structure,but also shorten the construction period,save materials,and meet the requirements of green environmental protection;it has made a positive exploration for the design and construction of similar prefabricated buildings in the future,and can provide valuable experience for similar projects.
