摘　　要：高压大功率工业变流器的输出电压为脉冲宽度调制(PWM)波形,其具有幅值变化宽和谐波含量大等特点,为准确和快速测试出高压大功率工业变流器的性能参数,介绍了高压大功率工业变流器测试系统的基本原理、软硬件实现方法。主要运用NI-PXI高采样率同步数据采集技术、电能质量分析算法、TCP/IP以太网传输技术和TDMS数据存储技术,单通道采样率高达50kS/s,能够满足对高压大功率工业变流器波形和性能参数的测试需求。The output voltage of high-voltage and high-power industrial converters is PWM waveform,which has the characteristics of wide amplitude variation and large harmonic content.In order to accurately and quickly test the performance parameters of high-voltage and high-power industrial converters,this paper introduces the basic principle,hardware and software implementation methods of high-voltage and high-power industrial converter test systems.Mainly using NI-PXI high sampling rate synchronous data acquisition technology,power quality analysis algorithm,TCP/IP Ethernet transmission technology and TDMS data storage technology,single channel sampling rate can be as high as 50 kS/s,which can well meet high voltage and high power test requirements for industrial converter waveforms and performance parameters.
