摘 要:热稳定性是不溶性硫黄的关键性能指标,对4种市售典型的不溶性硫黄充油产品进行仪器分析,探索不同产品之间的热稳定性差异原因。结果表明,不溶性硫黄产品的热稳定性与生产方法、颗粒形状无关;晶型为Sw2胶合板结构呈小颗粒形状的不溶性硫黄,其热稳定性高。采用DSC分析得到的不溶性硫黄样品热降解常数大小与国标法测定的热稳定性大小的趋势一致。为探索热稳定性差异指明了方向,为生产高端不溶性硫黄的工艺提供参考。Thermal stability is the key performance index for insoluble sulfur,four typical insoluble sulfur oil-filled products from the market were analyzed.The reason for the difference of thermal stability between different products was explored.The results showed that the thermal stability of insoluble sulfur products was independent of the production method and particle shape.The insoluble sulfur with Sw2 plywood structure in small particle shape had higher thermal stability.The thermal degradation constants of insoluble sulfur samples obtained by DSC were in accordance with the trend of thermal stability determined by national standard method.Meanwhile,it offers a direction for exploring the causes of thermal stability differences,and provides a guidance for the production with high quality insoluble sulfur.
