摘 要:根据小分子溶剂化原理,研究不同体积分数乙酸甲酯对AP-P4的溶解时间及其性能的影响。结果表明,随着乙酸甲酯体积分数的增加,聚合物基本溶解时间先减少后增加,体积分数为0.010~0.014时,5000 mg/L AP-P4基本溶解时间由75 min缩短至60 min。乙酸甲酯加速AP-P4溶解主要有两个原因,一是增强模拟地层水的塑化作用,二是相似相溶加速聚合物链段加速解缠。0.010乙酸甲酯对1750 mg/L AP-P4性能影响较小,最终采出程度也影响不大。说明乙酸甲酯能够为海上平台解决加速聚合物溶解提供新的途径。Based on the principle of small molecule solvation,the effects of different volume fractions of methyl acetate on the dissolution time and properties of AP-P4 were studied.The results show that with the increase of the volume fraction of methyl acetate,the basic dissolution time of the polymer decreases first and then increases.When the volume fraction is 0.010~0.014,the basic dissolution time of 5000 mg/L AP-P4 is shortened from 75 min to 60 min.There are two main reasons why methyl acetate accelerates the dissolution of AP-P4.One is to enhance the plasticizing effect of simulated formation water,and the other is to accelerate the disentanglement of similar miscible polymer segments.The effect of 0.010 methyl acetate on the performance of 1750 mg/L AP-P4 is small,and the final recovery degree is not much affected.It shows that methyl acetate can provide a new way for offshore platforms to accelerate the dissolution of polymers.
