摘 要:采用化学氧化加丙烯酸接枝技术对聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)进行亲水化改性,考察了接枝时间、接枝温度以及接枝单体的浓度对亲水化改性的影响,并对改性前后的PUF进行了红外光谱和扫描电镜分析。结果表明,最佳改性条件:接枝温度40℃,接枝时间1.5 h,丙烯酸浓度2.5 mol/L;羟基接枝到了PUF上,有效提高了PUF的亲水性。Polyurethane foam(PUF)has a good application in moving bed biofilm reactor.The hydrophilicity of PUF is of great significance to the improvement of sewage treatment effect of moving bed biofilm reactor.PUF was hydrophilized by chemical oxidation plus acrylic acid grafting technique.The effects of grafting time,grafting temperature and concentration of grafting monomer on hydrophilization modification were investigated.The PUF was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the optimum modification conditions were:grafting temperature 40℃,grafting time 1.5 h,acrylic acid concentration 2.5 mol/L;hydroxyl grafted onto PUF,effectively improving the hydrophilicity of PUF.
