摘  要:以壳聚糖为絮凝剂,对水代法提取茶籽油产生的工艺水中的茶皂素进行提取,考察反应温度、反应时间和壳聚糖溶液与工艺水的体积比对提取率的影响。结果表明,茶皂素的最佳提取条件是:时间为31 min,温度为56℃,体积比为12%,此时提取率为43.38%。Chitosan as flocculant,the process water produced by the extraction of tea seed oil by the water method was studied.The influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,chitosan solution and process water volume ration on the yield were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for tea saponin were 31 min,temperature 56℃,and volume ratio 12%,and the extraction yield was 43.38%.
