摘 要:制备出以氯化铜-丙三醇混合液为核溶液,以二氧化硅为壳的液体弹珠,用液体弹珠作为反应器来感应氨气。通过接触角测量仪和生物显微镜对液体弹珠的形貌和表面结构进行表征。结果表明,当液体弹珠的核溶液体积为8μL,氯化铜浓度为0.5 mol/L,壳壁为微米二氧化硅,核溶液是丙三醇和氯化铜溶液以1∶1比例混合得到时,液体弹珠的稳定性高,保湿性好,寿命长。液体弹珠与氨气发生变色反应的时间随着氨水浓度的增大而减小,且液体弹珠变色的最低氨水浓度为0.1 mol/L。在不同氨水浓度中液体弹珠变色个数不同,变色的液体弹珠颜色深浅不同。液体弹珠在吸收氨气时变成深蓝色,释放氨气时变成绿色。A liquid marble with a mixture of copper chloride-glycerol as the core solution and silica as the shell was prepared,which was used as the reactor to induce ammonia gas.The morphology and surface structure of the liquid marbles were characterized by contact angle measuring instruments and biological microscopes.The results show that when the volume of the nuclear solution of the liquid marble is 8μL,the concentration of copper chloride is 0.5 mol/L,the shell wall is micron silica,and the nuclear solution is mixed with glycerol and copper chloride solution in a 1∶1 ratio.The liquid marble has high stability,good moisture retention and long life.The time of color change reaction between liquid marble and ammonia gas decreases with the increase of ammonia concentration,and the minimum ammonia concentration of liquid marble is 0.1 mol/L.The color of the liquid marbles is different in different ammonia water concentrations,and the color of the liquid marbles of the discoloration is different.The liquid marbles turn dark blue when absorbing ammonia,and turn green when ammonia gas is released.
