摘 要:为清除油基钻井液滤饼对储层的伤害,提高油基钻井液固井质量以及界面胶结强度,研究了油基钻井液滤饼清除技术。研发的油基钻井液滤饼清洗液是基础油/表面活性剂的油包水乳液体系,其中主要添加剂包括一种或几种表面活性剂、润湿反转剂等。室内评价结果表明,该滤饼清洗液快速、高效,对油基钻井液滤饼的清洗效率高,能够有效提高固井界面胶结强度和固井质量。In order to remove the damage of oil-based drilling fluid filter cake to the reservoir,improve cementing quality and interfacial cementation strength,the filter cake removal technology of oil-based drilling fluid was researched.The cleaning fluid of oil-based drilling fluid cake developed was a water-in-oil emulsion system with base oil/surfactant,and the main additives include one or more surfactants,wetting reversing agents,etc.The laboratory evaluation proved that this filter cake cleaning fluid is fast and high efficient to oil-based drilling fluid filter cake and can effectively improve the bond strength of the cement-formation interface and cementing quality.
