自拟固元解毒汤治疗结肠癌患者化疗不良反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察结肠癌化疗不良反应采用自拟固元解毒汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月—2019年9月在我院进行结肠癌化学药物治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分成常规组和实验组,各30例。常规组予以FOLFOX4方案治疗,实验组予以FOLFOX4方案及自拟固元解毒汤治疗。对比两组肿瘤控制情况以及毒副反应。结果:实验组与常规组治疗总有效率分别为36.67%(11/30)、23.33%(7/30)(P<0.05);实验组在血小板、血红蛋白以及白细胞水平方面均高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组腹泻、恶心、呕吐发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌化疗不良反应采用自拟固元解毒汤治疗可提升临床效果,降低不良反应发生率,提升生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of self-made Guyuan Jiedu decoction on toxicity of chemotherapy in colon cancer patients.Methods:60 colon cancer patients underwent chemotherapy from September 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were chosen as research samples.According to random permutation table,patients were assigned to routine group(n=30)and test group(n=30).The routine group took FOLFOX4 therapy;the test group took FOLFOX4 therapy and self-made Guyuan Jiedu decoction.The disease control conditions and toxicity were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the test group(36.67%,11/30)was higher than routine group(23.33%,7/30)(P<0.05);blood platelet,hemoglobin and leukocyte levels in the test group were higher than routine group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in the test group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Guyuan Jiedu decoction can increase the therapeutic effects,reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
