蒲苓盆炎康颗粒联合帕珠沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒲苓盆炎康颗粒联合帕珠沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1—6月在本院进行治疗的120例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予帕珠沙星治疗,观察组采用帕珠沙星联合蒲苓盆炎康颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果和中医证候积分。结果:观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性盆腔炎采用蒲苓盆炎康颗粒联合帕珠沙星治疗,疗效显著。治疗后症状减轻,疼痛缓解,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of Puling penyan kang granule combined with pazufloxacin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with pazufloxacin alone,and the observation group were treated with puling penyan kang granules on the basis of antibiotics.Then,the treatment effect and TCM syndrome score of two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment of combined therapy,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of Puling penyan kang granule combined with pazufloxacin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation are significant,which can reduce the patients’symptoms and relieve the pain,thus the application values are high.
