摘 要:骨质疏松患者在病情严重时容易引发骨质疏松性骨折。统计数据显示目前约半数左右的骨质疏松性骨折发生在椎体,椎体骨质疏松性骨折受到临床研究的高度重视。椎体骨质疏松性骨折基于病情的严重程度以及类型不同具有不同的治疗方式,因此在临床椎体骨质疏松性骨折治疗中对其进行全面可靠的诊断评估是治疗的重点。近些年随着医学影像技术的进步,磁共振成像(MRI)检查已经广泛应用于临床椎体骨质疏松性骨折的诊疗中,为治疗方案的选择提供了有力的影像学参考依据。对近些年关于椎体骨质疏松性骨折MRI研究进展进行综述,以期为临床椎体骨质疏松性骨折的诊疗提供借鉴。Osteoporotic patients are prone to osteoporotic fractures when the condition is serious.Statistics show that about half of the current osteoporotic fractures occur in the vertebral body,so the osteoporotic fractures of the vertebral body are highly valued by clinical research.Vertebral osteoporotic fractures have different treatments based on the severity and type of the disease,so comprehensive and reliable diagnosis and evaluation of clinical vertebral osteoporotic fractures is the focus of treatment.In recent years,with the advancement of medical imaging technology,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical osteoporotic fractures of the vertebral body,which provides a strong basis for the selection of treatment options.This article reviews the progress of MRI research on vertebral osteoporotic fractures in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical vertebral osteoporotic fractures.
