摘 要:目的:探究氢质子磁共振波谱诊断脑胶质瘤的价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月在本院进行诊治的50例经病理检查确诊的脑胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,其中低级别(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)胶质瘤患者26例,高级别(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)胶质瘤患者24例,对脑胶质瘤患者常规磁共振表现进行观察,并分析NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho以及Cho/Cr,探究肿瘤和健侧的磁共振波谱特征。结果:与正常脑组织相比,脑胶质瘤的氢质子磁共振波谱差异明显,Cho/Cr比值跟高,NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho比值更低(P<0.05);对比不同级别的脑胶质瘤氢质子磁共振波谱,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氢质子磁共振波谱能够有效诊断脑胶质瘤,可有效判断肿瘤分级和恶性程度。Objective:To explore the value of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in diagnosis of glioma.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,50 patients with glioma diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital were selected as the research object,among which 26 patients with low-grade(gradeⅠ-Ⅱ)glioma,24 patients with high-grade(Grade III to IV)gliomas,observe the conventional magnetic resonance imaging of glioma patients,and analyze NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho,and Cho/Cr to explore the tumor and healthy side Resonance spectrum characteristics.Results:Compared with normal brain tissue,the hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectrum of gliomas was significantly different,Cho/Cr ratio was higher,NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho ratio was lower(P<0.05);comparing the hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectra of different grades of glioma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy can effectively diagnose glioma patients,it can effectively judge the tumor grade and malignant degree.
