摘 要:目的:探究无创呼吸机与人工气道机械通气治疗COPD的实际效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年8月就诊于本院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者共50例,依据入院先后分为2组,各25例。对照组行人工气道机械通气治疗方案,观察组行无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血气指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机机械通气确对COPD具备改善患者血气指标作用,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the actual effect of noninvasive ventilator and artificial airway mechanical ventilation on COPD.Methods:A total of 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to their admissions,25 cases each.The control group underwent artificial airway mechanical ventilation treatment plan,and the observation group underwent noninvasive ventilator treatment.The clinical efficacy and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and all indexes of the observation group after treatment were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanical ventilation of non-invasive ventilator does improve the blood gas index of COPD patients,with definite curative effect.
