电刀对阑尾炎切口愈合影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析电刀对阑尾炎切口愈合的影响。方法:选取2016年4月~2019年4月本院接收的行手术治疗的阑尾患者为观察对象,基于手术过程中是否使用电刀将其分为两组,对照组患者(n=60)不采用电刀,观察组患者(n=60)采用电刀,观察两组患者的术后的切口愈合情况。结果:对照组患者切口甲级愈合患者、乙级愈合患者以及丙级愈合患者分别为59例、1例和0例,切口愈合率为98.33%(59/60),观察组患者切口甲级愈合患者、乙级愈合患者以及丙级愈合患者分别为51例、5例和4例,切口愈合率为85.00%(51/60),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阑尾炎手术过程中采用电刀手术患者切口愈合率低于采用常规普通刀片手术患者。Objective:To analyze the effect of electrocautery on the healing of appendicitis incision.Methods:The appendicectomy patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups based on whether they used electrocautery during the operation.Without electrocautery,patients in the experimental group(n=60)used electrocautery to observe the healing of incisions in the two groups of patients.Results:The patients in the control group had 59 cases,1 case and 0 cases of incision grade A healing,grade B healing and grade C healing.The incision healing rate was 98.33%(59/60).There were 51 cases,5 cases and 4 cases of patients with grade B healing and grade C healing respectively,the incision healing rate was 85.00%(51/60),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of electrocautery in the process of appendicitis reduces the healing rate of the incision of the patient.
