借助Quadrant微创治疗峡部裂型腰椎滑脱症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析Quadrant微创治疗峡部裂型腰椎滑脱症的效果。方法:选取2010年1月~2015年1月本院收治的80例峡部裂型腰椎滑脱症患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对比患者临床疗效、患者手术过程中的各项指标及患者术后3、6和12个月的并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者手术过程中的各项指标对比显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后12个月的并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组患者术后12个月的并发症发生率为25.00%,两组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:借助Quadrant系统微创治疗峡部裂型腰椎滑脱症不仅可以提升患者临床疗效,同时也可以为患者治疗中的疗效分析、各项指标控制及术后并发症控制提供帮助。Objective:To analyze the effect of quadrant minimally invasive treatment for isthmic spondylolisthesis.Methods:80 cases of isthmic spondylolisthesis admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,to compare the clinical effect,the indexes during the operation and the complications of 3,6 and 12 months after the operation.Results:The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in 12 months was 5.00%in the experimental group and 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of isthmic spondylolisthesis with quadrant system is quite significant.It can not only improve the clinical effect of patients,but also provide help for the analysis of therapeutic effect,the control of various indicators and the control of postoperative complications.
