摘　　要：目的:探讨对ProTaper机用镍钛锉在磨牙根管预备中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月~2019年10月在本院治疗的56例磨牙牙髓炎患者为观察对象,均选取单颗患牙作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各28例。所有患者术前均进行常规检查,了解根管粗细、工作长度、弯曲度等情况,进行局部麻醉、常规开髓、拔髓及髓腔处理。在磨牙根管预备中,观察组患者使用ProTaper机用镍钛锉进行根管预备。对比两组患者的根管填充、根管制备时间,评价根管制备形态良好率、填充恰好率及患者满意率。结果:观察组患者的根管填充、根管制备等时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的根管制备形态良好率、填充恰好率、患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ProTaper机用镍钛锉可缩短根管填充、根管制备时间,提高根管预备及填充效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file in molar root canal preparation.Methods:56 patients with molar pulpitis treated from November 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital were selected,and a single affected tooth was selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 28 cases each.All patients underwent routine examination before operation to understand the root canal thickness,working length,curvature,etc.,underwent local anesthesia,conventional medullotomy,pulp extraction and medullary cavity treatment.In the root canal preparation of molars,patients in the observation group used a ProTaper machine with nickel-titanium files for root canal preparation.The root canal filling and root canal preparation time of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the rate of good root canal preparation,filling rate and patient satisfaction rate.Results:The root canal filling and root canal preparation of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the root canal preparation morphology,filling rate,and patient satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file can shorten root canal filling,root canal preparation time,improve root canal preparation and filling effect.
