便携式血气分析仪在儿科血气分析中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨便携式血气分析仪在儿科血气分析中的应用。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年5月本院儿科需血气分析的100例患儿作为研究对象,使用随机数字表示法分为对照组与观察组,两组各50例。予以对照组生化室检测,给予观察组便携式血气分析仪检测。对比分析两组血气分析结果及采血量和检测时间。结果:观察组血气分析结果与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组采血量和结果回报时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科血气分析中使用便携式血气分析仪,检验结果准确,采血量及检测时间较少,对提升幼儿治疗安全性有积极意义。Objective:To explore the application of portable blood gas analyzer in pediatric blood gas analysis.Methods:From October 2018 to May 2019,100 children in our hospital’s pediatric blood gas analysis were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number representation,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was tested in the biochemical room,and the observation group was tested in a portable blood gas analyzer.The blood gas analysis results,blood collection volume and detection time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The blood gas analysis results of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05);the blood collection volume and return time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of portable blood gas analyzers in pediatric blood gas analysis has accurate test results,less blood collection and detection time,which has a positive significance for improving the safety of children’s treatment.
