希森美康UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪与希森美康UC3500尿常规检测结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对比分析希森美康UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪与希森美康UC3500尿干化学检测结果。方法:随机选择2019年4月~2019年6月本院收诊的211例进行尿常规检查的患者为研究对象,对比两种仪器检查结果。结果:希森美康UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪与希森美康UC3500尿干化学检测仪检查得到尿蛋白/管型、红细胞、白细胞阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种仪器的可接受性能评价比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:希森美康UF1000i尿沉渣分析仪与希森美康UC3500尿干化学检测结果对比发现,患者的尿常规指标有一定差异,但是两种仪器的检查性能基本一致,两种仪器都能够有效地评价患者的基本情况,对检查都有重要的价值。Objective:To compare and analyze the results of urine dry chemistry test between the UF1000i urine sediment analyzer and the UC3500.Methods:A total of 211 patients who received routine urine examination in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects,and the results of the two instruments were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of urine protein/tube type,red blood cell and white blood cell between the two instruments(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the acceptable performance evaluation between the two instruments(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the results of urine dry chemistry test of xisenmeikang UF1000i urinary sediment analyzer and xisenmeikang UC3500,it is found that there are some differences in the urine routine indicators of the patients,but the inspection performance of the two instruments is basically the same.Both instruments can effectively evaluate the basic situation of the patients,and have important value for the inspection.
