摘　　要：微囊型淋巴管畸形是一种先天性的脉管畸形疾病,属于淋巴管畸形的一个亚型,临床少见。因临床表现有时与血管瘤相似,易被误诊。该文报道2例多次误诊的微囊型淋巴管畸形,通过分析临床资料、误诊原因,并进行文献复习,总结该病的临床表现、组织病理学特点、诊断治疗要点及易误诊原因。Microcystic lymphatic malformation is a congenital disease,which is a subtype of lymphatic malformation.The disease is rare in clinic and easy to be misdiagnosed due to its clinical manifestations are sometimes similar to hemangioma.This paper reports 2 cases of microcystic lymphatic malformation which had experienced many misdiagnosis.By analyzing the clinical data and the misdiagnosis reasons,as well as literatures review,the clinical manifestations,histopathological features,key points of diagnosis and treatment,and causes of misdiagnosis of the disease were summarized.
