麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙对心绞痛的治疗效果、血脂水平及血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙对心绞痛患者治疗效果、血脂水平及血清学指标的影响。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月滁州市第一人民医院74例心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据入院单双号将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀钙片,20 mg/次,1次/d。观察组患者在对照组的基础上口服麝香保心丸,45 mg/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗2个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组治疗前后的症状改善情况、血脂及血清学指标。结果治疗后,对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为75.68%、94.59%,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者胸痛发作时间显著缩短,心绞痛发作次数显著减少(P<0.05),且观察组症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)水平均明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组各血脂指标水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组Hcy、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀钙可有效改善患者的临床症状,改善血脂及血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平,疗效确切,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills on therapeutic effect,blood lipid levels,and serological index in patients with angina pectoris.Methods Patients(74 cases)with angina pectoris in THE First People’s Hospital of Chuzhou from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even number of admission,37 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,20 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the observation group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of control group,45 mg/time,three times daily.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy in two groups was observed,and the symptom improvement,blood lipid and serological indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 75.68%and 94.59%,respectively,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of chest pain and the number of angina attacks in two groups were significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the symptom improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HDL-C level in two groups was significantly increased,but the levels of LDL-C,TG,and TC were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the levels of serum lipid in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of Hcy and hsCRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with atorvastatin calcium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve blood lipid,serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels,it has certain clinical application
