摘 要:介绍了炼铁瓦斯灰中钾、钠、锌、铅的测定方法,对炼铁瓦斯灰中钾、钠、锌、铅含量测定过程中的影响因素进行了分析,包括灰化条件的选择、样品处理方式的选择、仪器分析条件的选择、干扰实验及其消除、工作曲线。通过对上述影响因素的控制,得到了较低的检出限和测定下限,保证了炼铁瓦斯灰中钾、钠、锌、铅含量分析结果的准确度和精密度,满足了分析要求。This paper introduces the determination methods of potassium,sodium,zinc and lead in the gas ash of iron making,and analyzes the influencing factors in the determination process of potassium,sodium,zinc and lead in the gas ash of iron making,including the selection of ashing conditions,the selection of sample treatment methods,the selection of instrument analysis conditions,interference experiment and its elimination,working curve.Through the control of the above factors,the lower detection limit and the lower limit of determination are obtained,which ensure the accuracy and precision of the analysis results of the content of potassium,sodium,zinc and lead in the gas ash of iron making,and meet the analysis requirements.
