摘　　要：基于6061合金本身特性出发,从配料、熔炼、铸造等方面,对6061合金580mm×2 120mm超大规格扁铸锭进行了工艺研究,并对铸锭质量进行了分析,包括化学成分,金相显微组织,力学性能等方面。结果表明铸造出的6061合金580 mm×2 120 mm规格扁铸锭满足质量要求。Based on the characteristics of 6061 alloy itself,the process of 6061 alloy 580 mm×2120 mm super-large flat ingot was studied from the aspects of batching,smelting and casting,etc.,and the quality of ingot was analyzed,including chemical composition,metallographic microstructure and mechanical properties,etc.The results show that the 6061 alloy 580 mm×2120 mm flat ingot meets the quality requirements.
