摘 要:针对原焙烧用石灰石新品种开发时,在石灰石的化学成分及粒度检测都合格的情况下,应用实践时却出现窑内粉化问题,新增加了矿相分析和实验室煅烧试验来进行石灰石新品的开发,结果表明:新石灰石创亿灰石晶粒细小且分布均匀,实验室煅烧后成品石灰表观质量较好,抗压载荷较高,煅烧性能较好。应用实践时一直未出现粉化问题,保障了石灰窑稳产顺行。In view of the fact that the chemical composition and particle size of the original limestone are qualified in the development of new limestone varieties for calcination,the problem of pulverization in the kiln appears in the application practice.The mineral phase analysis and laboratory calcination test are newly added to develop the new limestone varieties.The results show that the grain size of the new limestone is small and evenly distributed,and the finished limestone is calcined in the laboratory The apparent quality is good,the compressive load is high,and the calcination performance is good.There is no pulverization problem in practice,which ensures the stable production of lime kiln.
