医用注射泵检定设备存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：医用输液/注射泵的广泛应用,为医护工作者和患者带来了很多便利。如果设备发生故障、准确度变差或者使用人员操作失误,就会给患者带来很大的安全隐患。现有的注射泵检定仪,不能对注射泵的流速进行很好的测量。鉴于现有技术存在的上述问题,本文提供一种既能测量注射泵的堵塞压力,又能对注射泵工作时管路的流速进行测量的注射泵检定装置。The wide application of medical infusion/injection pump has brought a lot of convenience for medical workers and patients. If the equipment breaks down,the accuracy becomes poor or the user makes mistakes in operation,it will bring great safety risks to the patients. The existing verification instrument of injection pump can not measure the flow rate of injection pump very well. In view of the above problems existing in the prior art,this paper provides an injection pump verification device which can not only measure the plugging pressure of the injection pump,but also measure the flow rate of the pipeline when the injection pump is working.
