摘　　要：随着"机构改革"与"供给侧改革"成为各行各业技术发展的热点,计量机构的供给侧改革面临行业的十字路口,改革的过程也是一个不断突破的过程,而西部地区的历史、地理位置决定了改革之路的艰难。With the " institutional reform" and " supply-side reform" becoming the hot spots of technological development in all walks of life,the supply-side reform of metrology institutions is facing the crossroad of the industry,and the reform process is also a process of continuous breakthrough,while the history and geographical location of the western region determine the difficult road of reform.
