摘　　要：随着城市土地资源的日益减少,轨道交通车辆段进行上盖开发是实现土地集约利用的有效方法。以济南轨道交通3号线济南东车辆段为例,介绍和分析了预留上盖开发的轨道交通车辆段在设计过程中重点及综合考虑的相关问题,可为类似工程设计提供借鉴与参考。With the decrease of urban land resources, it has been an effective way to realize the intensive use of land through the development of depot canopy. Taking Ji’nan East depot of Ji’nan Rail Transit Line 3 as an example, the key points and issues which need comprehensive considerations in the design process of the depot reserved with canopy development are introduced and analyzed. It which can be referred for the design of similar projects.
