摘 要:为研制分离性能好且耐受性强的手性分离材料,用粘均分子量为1.4×10^5的壳聚糖为原料,合成了壳聚糖-二(3,5-二甲基苯甲酸酯)-苄基脲,以FT-IR、1H NMR和元素分析对其进行了表征;将这种壳聚糖衍生物涂覆在大孔3-氨基丙基硅胶上,制备了相应的手性固定相;在3种正相模式下,用高效液相色谱分离19种手性分析物对映体,以此评价固定相的分离性能。结果表明:所制备的固定相能识别13种手性样品对映体,基线分离9种,表现出较好的手性分离性能。To develop a new chiral separation material with high enantioseparation capability and tolerability,chitosan-bis(3,5-dimethylbenzoate)-benzylurea was synthesized from a chitosan with viscosity-average molecular weight of 1.4 × 10^5. The chitosan derivative was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,1 H nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis. The corresponding chiral stationary phase was prepared by coating the chitosan derivative on macroporous 3-aminopropyl silica gel, and the enantioseparation capability of the stationary phase was evaluated in three mobile phase modes using 19 chiral compounds as analytes. The results show that the enantiomers of 13 analytes are recognized and 9 analytes are baseline separated on the chiral stationary phase. Thus,the prepared chiral stationary phase possesses satisfactory chiral separation capability.
