摘 要:以六水氯化镁、有机胺为原料,通过有机胺共沉淀法制备氢氧化镁,分别研究了氯化镁溶液的浓度、反应温度、添加有机胺的方式、搅拌速率对氢氧化镁晶粒分散性的影响。通过制备的氢氧化镁的沉降时间来对氢氧化镁晶粒的分散性进行初步判断,并利用X衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜对其形貌和物相组成进行表征和分析。实验结果表明:在搅拌速率为500 r/min下,有机胺急加入80℃的3.0 mol/L的氯化镁溶液中,可制备出粒径均一、晶形完整单片状结构且具有良好分散性的氢氧化镁。Magnesium hydroxide was prepared by organic amine co-precipitation method with magnesium chloride hexahydrate and organic amine as raw materials. The effects of magnesium chloride solution concentration,reaction temperature,organic amine addition and stirring rate on the dispersibility of magnesium hydroxide grains were investigated,and the dispersibility of magnesium hydroxide grains was determined by the settling time of the prepared magnesium hydroxide. The morphology and phase composition of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the prepared magnesium hydroxide has good dispersibility with uniform in particle size and perfect in crystal form at the stirring rate of 500 r/min,when the organic amine is added rapidly into the magnesium chloride solution of 3.0 mol/L and 80 ℃.
