摘 要:[目的]在皖南烟区生态条件下,探求烤烟品种云烟97打顶后赤霉素(GA3)与油菜素内酯(BR)的适宜施用浓度。[方法]以烟区常规栽培方式为对照(CK),常规打顶后立即分别喷施不同浓度GA3、BR及其混配液,检测并比较叶片生物学性状、主要化学成分及经济性状。[结果]打顶后喷施GA3与BR对第6叶位叶片的各性状无显著影响,但对第9、12叶位叶片有影响,其中20 mg/kg GA3与0.02 mg/kg BR混配喷施处理的综合效果更明显:第9叶位叶片叶长、增宽、单叶干重、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量分别增加7.50%、10.31%、6.72%、11.43%、12.33%、5.31%,第12叶位叶片叶长、叶宽、单叶干重、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量和产量分别增加15.70%、7.63%、13.32%、13.23%、17.85%、6.99%、10.57%,产值虽无显著差异,但较CK增加了1302.15元/hm^2。[结论]打顶后喷施一定浓度GA3、BR及其混配液能不同程度增加烤烟云烟97叶片叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量及单叶干重,但对成熟度较高的下部叶影响较小,对处于旺盛生长阶段的上部叶影响较大;皖南烟区烤烟品种云烟97喷施GA3的效果好于BR,20 mg/kg GA3与0.02 mg/kg BR混配喷施效果好于20 mg/kg GA3与0.04 mg/kg BR混配,综合效果均好于对照,而20 mg/kg GA3与0.02 mg/kg BR混配喷施处理表现最优。[Objective]To screen the suitable spraying concentrations of GA3 and BR after topping of Yunyan 97 in Southern Anhui.[Method]Taking the conventional cultivation mode as CK,different concentrations of GA3,Br and their mixtures were sprayed immediately after topping,then the biological characteristics,main chemical components and economic characteristics of the leaves were detected and compared.[Result]Among the treatments,the mixture of 20 mg/kg GA3 and 0.02 mg/kg BR had significant effects on the 9 th and 12 th leaves:Compared with CK,the leaf length,leaf width,dry weight of single leaf,chlorophyll content,starch content and protein content increased by 7.50%,10.31%,6.72%,11.43%,12.33%and 5.31%,respectively.The leaf length,leaf width,dry weight of single leaf,chlorophyll content,starch content and protein content of the 12 th leaf increased by 15.70%,7.63%,13.32%,13.23%,17.85%and 6.99%,respectively.And the yield increased by 10.57%.[Conclusion]The comprehensive effect of spraying the mixture of 20 mg/kg GA3 and 0.02 mg/kg BR after topping was better than other treatments,which was suitable for the tobacco variety Yunyan 97 in Southern Anhui.
