摘 要:在"大众创业,万众创新"的号召下,国内各高校对学生创新创业能力的提升关注度日益提升。目前对于创新能力的研究多集中于行业内的从业人员,针对大学生创新创业能力的研究较少。针对大学生创新创业现状进行问卷调查研究,并利用灰色关联分析法构建创新创业能力评价模型,定量评价学生创新创业能力的提升,方便教师及高校管理者长期或周期性评价学生创新创业能力的提升。以林业工程"双一流"学科为例进行实证研究,为提升学生的创新创业能力,各级管理者应加大大学生创新创业项目的经费及政策支持。学校应加强形成性阶段考核,注重学习过程,培养学生形成良好的学习习惯及自主学习能力等,实行科研反哺本科教学等措施。In the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",many universities increased the attentions to improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship among undergraduates.At present,the study focuses on employees,and the undergraduates is few.Based on a questionnaire study on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship among undergraduates,an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship ability was constructed using gray correlation analysis method,and the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students was evaluated quantitatively.It was convenient for teachers and administrators to evaluate the improvement of undergraduates’innovation and entrepreneurship ability over a long period of time or periodically.Taking Forestry Engineering"double first class"as an example,this paper carried out an empirical research,in order to enhance students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Administrators should increase the funding and policy support for undergraduates’innovation and entrepreneurship projects.University should strengthen the formative stage assessment,pay attentions to the learning process,and cultivate undergraduates’good learning habits and independent learning ability.And scientific research should help the teaching.
