摘  要:为了抑制低压自然循环系统内产生因闪蒸诱发的两相流动不稳定现象,本文采用在上升段内设置内插物的方法。从诱发闪蒸的角度出发,使汽泡持续在插入物上产生,抑制甚至消除系统流动不稳定性。分析内插物位置及插入深度对不同运行工况下低压自然循环系统内流动特性的影响。研究结果表明:当系统处于流动不稳定状态时,将内插物插入至管壁处可以消除流动不稳定性,并提升系统的循环流量,循环流量最大提升10%;当系统流动处于稳定状态时,也不会因插入物的存在对系统的流动产生不利影响。本文实验结果将为后续研究闪蒸诱发的两相流动不稳定过程提供一定参考。Two-phase flow instability caused by flashing may occur in a low-pressure natural circulation system. In order to avoid this flow instability, a new method of setting cylindrical inserts into the rising section is proposed. The inserts continuously generate bubbles, which restrain and even eliminate the flow instability of the system. The influence of the position and insertion depth of the inserts on the flow characteristics in a low-pressure natural circulation system under different operating conditions was analyzed. The results show that setting the insert into the pipe wall can effectively eliminate the flow instability and increase the circulation flow rate up to 10%. Even though the system is in a stable state. Inserts will not cause unfavorable influence on the flow of system.The experimental results will provide a reference for the subsequent study of the flash-induced two-phase flow instability process.
