摘 要:为了使传感器具有更高稳定性且具有更小尺寸,本文开展了基于双孔光纤并联双Fabry-Perot (F-P)干涉仪的传感器设计工作,该传感器具有高灵敏度特性。该传感器利用七芯光纤、双孔光纤和D形光纤组成,构成了2个相互独立的并联F-P干涉仪。对该干涉仪传感器进行了实验验证,胶封F-P腔和光纤封F-P腔干涉仪的温度灵敏度分别为-110.4 pm/℃和3.2 pm/℃。此外,由于应变引起的2个F-P干涉仪的长度变化几乎相同,因此2个F-P干涉仪的应变灵敏度相近。实验结果表明:2个F-P干涉仪的应变灵敏度分别为1.1和1.4 pm/με。该结构既可以用于温度与应力的同时测量,又可用于应变补偿的高灵敏度温度测量。In order to solve the problem that the sensor has higher stability and smaller size, this paper presents a high-sensitivity temperature sensor based on a dual-hole fiber-parallel dual-Fabry-Perot (F-P) interferometer. The sensor consists of a seven-core fiber, a double-hole fiber, and a D-shaped fiber. Two independent parallel F-P interferometers are formed. We have experimentally verified the interferometer sensor. The results show the temperature sensitivity of the F-P cavity sealed by glue is -110.4 pm/℃, and the temperature sensitivity of the F-P cavity sealed by D-shaped fiber is 3.2 pm/℃. In addition, the length changes of the two F-P interferometers due to the stress changes are almost the same, so the stress sensitivities of the two F-P interferometers are similar which were 1.1 pm/με and 1.4 pm/με respectively. This structure can be used for simultaneous measurement of temperature and stress, and used for high sensitivity temperature measurement for stress compensation.
