摘  要:为了更高效地泄洪和有效提高水资源的利用率,文章基于MSO-MC3运动控制器研发出水利自动化工程DCS系统。该系统选用的模式化形式主要包括现自控制模式、远程控制模式、手动控制模式等。ICAN数据采集模块结合C语言编程,同运动控制器互相结合,来提升程序运行的效率,充分利用自主研发的MSO-MC3运动控制器和组态软件操作系统的可扩展性实现数据监控和控制的功能。该系统已运用于沭新渠灌区续建配套与节水改造项目中,工程项目的正常运行表明本系统传输数据精确,PC机获取水位数据、闸门启闭停状态以及远程控制闸门动作状态数据实时性好,同西门子PLC等国外控制系统相比,价格仅是国外产品的1/2,具有实际的创新性和广泛的应用性,响应了国家万众创新的号召。In order to discharge flood more efficiently and improve the utilization of water resources effectively,this paper developed DCS system for water conservancy automation project based on MSO-MC3 motion controller.The system selects the modeled form mainly includes the control model,the remote control mode,manual control mode,etc.ICAN data acquisition module combined with the C language plait synchronization motion controller combined with each other to improve the efficiency of the program is running,make full use of independent research and development of MSO-MC3 motion controller and the configuration software operating system scalability can realize the function of data monitoring and control.The system has been applied to the project of supporting facilities and water-saving transformation in the“Shuxin”canal irrigation area.The normal operation of the project indicates that the data transmitted by the system is accurate,PC to obtain water level data and valve open/close stop state,as well as remote control valve action state data of good real-time performance,compared with foreign products such as Siemens PLC control system,the price is only half of the foreign products,practical innovation and widely applied,the response to the call of national peoples innovation.
